Norwood supplies inert, non-particle shedding, sealed controlled environment partitions and modular clean room which meet even the most challenging specifications. Controlled environment partition systems and clean rooms are supplied to a global client base for a wide spectrum of applications including healthcare, data centres, clean rooms, nuclear applications, pharmaceutical applications, food applications and electronic manufacturing.

Norwood's sealed panels used in clean room design are delivered to meet Common World Standard specifications. Controlled environment partition systems consist of heavy duty double skin steel bonded core partitions which are fully demountable and relocatable. Preformed corners and three-way panels are used in the construction of clean rooms together with flush glazing, recessed base and other important design considerations necessary for advanced clean rooms and controlled environment partition systems.

Steel fire rated door sets and fire rated partitions are used in controlled environment solutions with service provision, side swing or sliding doors /clean room doors supplied in steel, laminate or GRP as standard. Finishes are available in electrostatically applied epoxy polyester powder coating, static dissipative powder paint and antimicrobial powder paint.

Controlled environment partition systems are supplied with integrated utilities, allowing easy maintenance. Essential supplies of gas, electric, medical gases, data, voice and AV cabling can be installed flush within the steel partition system, with maintenance made easier through servicing from the outside via the use of detachable partition panels. Clean room walk-on ceilings supplied by Norwood also allow maintenance services to be provided from above the room, thereby protecting the integrity of the controlled environment / clean room.
