Low-NOx Burner Monoblock Pressure Jet

Pressure atomisers are used in any industrial application with high demands to emission amounts during the combustion of natural gas, light fuel oil (LFO), and special fuels like biogas.

The SAACKE EUROTHERM is a Low NOx burner of monoblock construction, i.e. the fan is integrated into the burner itself. The product line contains light fuel oil burners, gas burners and dual-fuel burners for light fuel oil and gas. Depending upon the capacity range, SAACKE EUROTHERM burners are available in the two-stage or modulating version.

Due to the fact that the burner is available with variable burner head geometries and internal or external burner control with mechanical or electronic compound, the EUROTHERM burner meets all customer requirements. With the SAACKE EUROTHERM monoblock burners and the SAACKE safety and control devices, a balanced and optimally aligned system is offered to the customer.

For any operating point, the combustion air flow is smoothly micro-adjusted by means of the stabilising disk that may be moved according to capacity. Since the fuel-air mixture is optimally adjusted, the combustion efficiency is considerably improved. By this, fuel consumption can be reduced. Oil operation is enhanced by the use of a centrally positioned oil return nozzle. This special design and the low NOx technology minimise emission rates and thus advance environmental protection.

SAACKE EUROTHERM monoblock burners are modularly constructed. Maintenance as well as installation of complete function groups therefore is very fast and easy. Well-established and standardised components reduce stock keeping of spare parts, allow for fast servicing and guarantee high lifetime and operational reliability. Set points positioned wherever necessary support efficient adjustment. Due to the use of fail-safe plug connections, components like gas trains can easily be electrically connected. The burners are completely pre-wired and mechanically pre-adjusted which guarantees fast and easy commissioning.
