Radio Burglar Alarms

Radio technology used for burglar alarm systems has advanced very rapidly in recent years. Until more recently radio burglar alarms were considered to be unstable by most major security installers. However these issues have been addressed due to new technology.

Radio burglar alarms are also known as wireless burglar alarms due to the fact that the component parts of the device ( control panel, sensors and alarm) communicate via radio signals as opposed to an electrical wired connection in the case of a hard-wired burglar alarm.
