With fresh produce and over 100 varieties of herbs to choose from the gardens, Head Chef, Stuart Phillips (younger son) has all the basic raw ingredients to hand to assist his culinary masterful skills in creating individual and special food. We have provided Sample Menus here but can't promise that everything listed will be available every day.
