In that time Tom has built a dedicated team around him achieving first One AA Rosette and then a Two AA Rosette award in 2009 for our Restaurant. Sous Chef, Anthony has supported Tom for 8 years and is ably supported by Rob as Chef de Partie and Jordan and Ryan as Commis Chefs.
Owner, Richard Fletcher and Head Chef, Tom Court have been working together for 10 years.
