Spring Restaurant
a beautiful Georgian building with stunning views over the Malvern Priory.
The restaurant has a slightly rustic feel with solid wood tables, but still
maintains a modern feel. Personal, friendly yet efficient service also
makes for a first class dining experience.
The head chef Thakur has worked in many establishments around the world,
from Nepal, India and Dubai to the United Kingdom. He has brought
aspects of all these cuisines together to offer a unique dining experience.
Having worked in Malvern now for more than two years, he has developed
good relations with the local suppliers of fresh local produce.
Our organic meats come from Cridlan & Walker, and Pershore Produce
Fruit and Vegetables Ltd deliver to the restaurant several times a week.
