Description
The Restaurant at Charlton House is renowned for its food and has received many accolades over the years.
The menus have been composed to incorporate balanced garnishes and some dishes may contain nuts or derivatives of nuts. In compiling the menus, we have enjoyed using the finest local and seasonal produce to complement flavour combinations from farther afield. Dining in the conservatory part of the restaurant on lighter evenings is a magical pleasure. The overhead drapes give it a tented feel and with the trees and shrubs almost touching the windows, it's almost like dining al fresco. If the weather's on the cool side, there's underfloor heating so the flagstone floor is lovely and warm. Then as the light fades, the candlelight reflecting in all the glass against the darkening silhouettes of the trees adds a romantic, fairytale mood to the occasion.
