Childrens Fitness

The Academy Health Club is a family orientated club and we are committed to providing a host of fitness and sporting activities for children and young adults. The activities will provide fun, enjoyment and fitness benefits encouraging young people to continue with a healthy lifestyle into their adult lives.

Some of the activities we provide at The Academy include:

• Ballet - Movement to music with dance and ballet routines
• Dance Mania - High energy choreographed workout to dance like The Pussycat Dolls, Alexandra Burke and Pixie Lott!
• Football - 6-9 year olds involves general exercise and ball skills, finishing with a match to show off your skills!
• Junior Energy Circuits - Exercises are based in a station format. Moving around for set time periods, there are high and low impact alternatives
• Multi Sport - Football, Tag Rugby and other ball skills workout
• Teen Gym - A supervised session using the cardio and resistances machines
• Yoga - A complete workout for body and mind
• Yoga Bugs - Traditional yoga postures which are woven together into exciting adventures.
