Soft Tissue Techniques

Soft tissue therapy is a very hands-on treatment approach involving the use of a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and viscero-fascial release and other fancy names.

These techniques are designed to decrease muscle tightness and soreness, alleviate spasm and to improve the blood flow and nutrition to specific areas of the body. Through the use of soft tissue techniques pain relief can also be achieved as nerve endings on the body are relaxed and sedated.
